The ‘Hitchcock Hotel’ is a small hotel of 17 rooms in L.A., California. Three Hitchcock’s
movies were employed, ‘Rear Window’, ‘Vertigo’ and ‘The Birds’. Aspects from the
films were translated into the design of the hotel.
The building lays on a hill of 40m facing the Pacific Ocean. It includes a main reception
- lobby area, a restaurant with a bar, 17 double bed rooms and a health club whith
a swimming pool and rock climbing. There are also support utilities.
